一種新型凝集計通過檢測全血或者血漿的光密度，從而提高異常血小板功能的檢測，而且能夠通過化學發光法檢測三磷酸腺苷。

這種新型700集合度計能夠進行瑞斯托菌素輔助因子檢測，診斷von Willebrands疾病。這是由Chrono-log(Havertown, PA, USA)公司研制開發的，而由Labmedics公司(Manchester, UK)經銷。能夠快速提供準確的結構，全血/化學發光凝集計是十分可靠的診斷工具和高級篩選系統。包括700型軟件程序都能夠用于血小板凝集和瑞斯托菌素輔助因子檢測。

Aggregometer Measures Platelet Function


A new aggregometer has been developed that improves detection of abnormal platelet function by using electrical impedence in whole blood or optical density in plasma, while simultaneously measuring adenosine triphosphate (ATP) release by the luminescence method.

The new aggregometer 700 is also capable of performing the Ristocetin cofactor assay for diagnosing patients with von Willebrands disease. It was developed by Chrono-log (Havertown, PA, USA) and is distributed by Labmedics (Manchester, UK). Providing accurate results with a fast turnaround time, the whole-blood/luminescence-aggregometer is both a reliable diagnostic tool and a comprehensive screening system. Included with the model 700 are software programs for the platelet aggregation and Ristocetin cofactor assays.
